fuse location?

I was putting a stereo in my celica tonight and it popped my stereo/cig fuse but after I replaced it my dome and inside light still won't work and neither does the stereo.I checked both boxes under the kick panels on the inside and the one under the hood and still nothing. Is there one I'm missing? thanks

TY DAN ! but i have the same prob .. i just bought my car and putting in after market stero .. i have the same prob with the center dome light but i have the sunroof .. and all the fuses are good checked em 3 times .. i think i narrowed the sunroof problem down .. i think it is the relay box in the head bored||||.. But there is only power coming the black wire in the stero .. wiring .. jsut the blue wire .. keep in mind i dont have the factory harness. if any one can help it is greatly appricatied

I know it's not the best of resources, but the county library gives us free access to chiltonlibrary.com. If you need any of the diagrams or instructions from there, I can upload them like I did with the fuse diagrams. Lemme know if you need anything from it. The library also offers free access to Mitchell's Ondemand5.com, but that's only available in the library itself, so I'd have to print it there and then scan it in here if I couldn't find it anywhere else. Like I said, I know, Chilton's isn't anywhere near the best resource on the subject, but every once in awhile, they have cool diagrams that work wonders. Like this one:
