no you'll have to do your own research for that. i can only tell you a few things that i've learned. i don't own a 7th gen so i don't know much.

i know that 00-01 are the better ones. i believe they rev higher. check the oil level and looks for leaks. some tend to burn oil. listen for ticking sounds which could indicate damaged valves. gt-s models had lift bolt problems which can seize if they're not changed. drive it at around 6k to see if it has problems with the lift. check tires, suspension wear, and clutch if it manual. if it feels wierd or grinds might not want to get it.
