Am2 fuse keeps blowing

Ps:This is my first post here, first time actually asking a question on a forum

So yesterday I pulled into my parking space and my 99 celica gt puttered and turned off, it wouldn't start so I started running diagnostics to see what was wrong. Eventually I came to checking the fuses and I found that the am2 fuse under the hood was blown. I plugged in a 30a fuse but it blew the second I turned the ignition to the ON position.
I am a bit of a jackass that likes to mess with shit, so I used some pliers to move around the inlets for the fuse in the fuse box (was very careful and wasn't just jamming the pliers in there) and fan no.1 kicked on. I also noticed that it wasn't sparking up anymore when I used the pliers to arc the two inlets for the am2 fuse, so I replaced another 30a fuse,it didn't blow, and the car actually started up for a few seconds. However, the car shut off right away and blew the fuse again. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

I did also remove the condenser from the distributor and no luck.

That fuse really only goes through the ignition switch and powers the coil and fuel injectors. It looks like if you unplug the Ign 7.5 fuse, that will divide the circuit to help diagnose. That fuse not only powers the coil but also the alternator lamp circuit. It could be possible for the coil to fail or the alternator to fail and cause a dead short. It's also possible for the ignition switch to internally crack or fail. Unplugging the alternator connector would remove that piece of the puzzle and still allow the engine to run for a period to see if it is a contributor or point more towards the coil.
