F*cking idiots at Walmart Auto unscrewed this part under my alternator and just left it hanging there but i’m not sure what its called. It has a long pipe connected that goes all the way to the wall? (where engine bay meets cabin) It has two pulleys attached to it which from what I remember the big pulley on the right in the picture was never actually functioning (not sure what it’s for) But now the other pulley is tearing up my alternator belt because it’s crooked.

The device under the alternator is the ac compressor. You are missing a mounting bolt and possibly the alternator mounting bracket. The pipes are the ac Freon lines

Btw, your serpentine belt is frayed likely due the alternator or compressor being out of alignment due to a missing bolt or bracket.

The belt tensioner is between the alternator and AC compressor and it should not look bent and on that angle. The top of the bolt is really only accessible in the hole between the alternator, belt, and valve cover. Like the bolt should point up straight to the sky. Looks like things are damaged and parts are missing. Hopefully they still have the parts in the shop scrap metal bucket.
