Im looking for a wiper arm with the squirter built in for a 1981Celica. The plastic nipple that the hose plugs on broke off and i don't think it can be repaired. Im in the Memphis area.

Hello Ronnie,

I can 3D print one for you. It would be made from Carbon Fiber reinforced Polycarbonate. If you don't mind taking a few pics and measurements I'd be more than happy to help you. I'm between projects so I have some time.

This 81 wiper arm has the washer fluid/cleaner built into the arm?. You think you can create a nozzle in the arm that will spray bug juice?

Send some pics of one you've made please
I haven't made one yet. I should be able to model one up relatively quickly though. I will just need some measurements. I have an 82 Supra so my nozzles are mounted on the hood.

Is there any way you can remove the sprayer from the arm to take measurements and pics from various angles?

I am attaching a pic of the seatbelt guide that I am currently printing. You can also see the rendering on Cults3D. Most of my 3D designs can be found there:. All the 3D models of DDDDesigns・Cults

I see a gun stock, bird feeder, and a Joe Biden ring but nothing else related to car parts. Keep me posted if you make parts related to the 78-81 Celicas.
Thanks

I don't have an '81 Celica. I was offering to make a replacement part for free. Most of my car parts I have made are not online. If you are unable to find one, I'd recommend retrofitting a more modern nozzle to your blade. Someone could make an adapter but of course, they would need measurements to help you with that.

There were many pieces (wire harnesses, Raspberry Pi brackets, etc.) needed to make the LCD instrument cluster.

Then there was the heated seats switch mounting panel which mounts below the stereo (takes a Single Din space), The seatbelt loops that mount on the headrests. I have to take pics of the headrests tonight after finishing installing them. I can take a pic of the switch panel then. I have been 3D modeling and printing for several years. I also made a third brake light for my son's Infiniti QX4 (also on the Cults3D website).
