Thats just ordinary chop from normal photo that was squished 40-60% from original, wheels were copied from original pic and blended edges with eraser tool.

LOL, i thought this post was new for some reason...
I only checked the date after working on this for the past few mins...

Anyways... gf's PC doesn't have Photoshop, so i'm working w/ MS Paint again (And Irfanview to shrink the pic w/ very little quality loss as opposed to MS Paint)

Hahahah thank you Jani...
It involves a crazy amount of copy and paste... copying very small sections and pasting them only a couple of pixels over from where they originally were, trying to make them blend in as good as possible without it looking like alot of copy and paste... hard to explain... lol
