I have a 95 celica and was wondering if there's anything I can do to reduce the amount of road noise in the cabin. Could I install some type of foam padding in between the door panel and door? Do they sell special foam for this type of work? Is there anything else I can do? Let me know.

Edead (edesignaudio.com)

Ive personally used part Edead, and part was some generic dampening material from HomeDepot in the roofing section, lowes and other hardware stores might have it too

gotta take off seats, center console, carpet, and then clean and wipe floor of the car. If necesary clean oily spots with soap+water (recomended) and then use a heat gun (or a really good blowdrier) to heat up the material and stick it on.
Not too hard :D
