I need help identifying and replacing this part off the bottom of my 1985 Toyota Cecilia Convertible. The piece is plastic and located on the bottom by the rear tire.

Hey guys I’m having some trouble identifying and finding these parts hoping you guys can help me out I have a 1985 toyota celica GTS can’t seem to find the rear boots once you put the roof down any help would be appreciated (referring to the black plastic pieces)
