Need Battery Clamp that holds fuse box.

Anyone have ANY idea where I can get this battery clamp? There are tons of generic clamps out there but this one holds the fuse box and I have not seen one that does this. I would be interested in a good alternative but short of welding one up myself I feel stuck with this rusted out mess.

If only it were that simple. :cautious: Tried searching their site in the past but no luck. In fact there is very little there in terms of parts like this.
They don't list battery hold down. Look for battery tray then call the yard that has a tray to see if they have the clamp.

My hold down is the same, Just going to try and weld in the missing piece this summer.
If you don't have access to a welder, you can go to body shop supply or some auto parts stores and buy panel or structural adhesive. It is what they use for attaching panels and structural parts on modern cars. It is super strong and could actually be machined with threads. Then some 1/2in or 3/4in angle iron or even aluminum can be used from local big box hardware store.. Make sure everything is grease free and rough up glue area as best as possible with like 36grit. Also, Harbor Freight sells these aluminum brazing rods that work with a propane torch and I've made a lot of similar brackets and projects with aluminum angle that have been durable and look good too.
There are a few 5th Gen Celica's in a salvage yard by me. If someone wants one of those battery hold-down brackets, let me know, I can check if they are on those cars and what shape they are in.

My 91 vert could use one for sure, but I also have been hunting for a rear passenger quarter panel if there's any chance there. Found a 5th gen in AL but the yard evidently doesn't want to do anything with the car as they aren't being responsive to either me or the body shop.

Update. I found this in the salvage yard. It has a lot of surface rust, but it solid. If I were to use this, I would scrap off all loose paint and lightly sand the rust surfaces, then I would apply 2-3 coats of POR-15 and let that set up and dry. It would look brand new after that and will be just as solid. Includes the back rod and the two clips that hold onto the junction box next to the battery. Also includes the 2 bolts used to fasten the junction box to the clips. Let me know if there is interest. Otherwise, I will just list it on eBay in about a week from now (if not taken from you sooner).

If they aren't interested I'll probably snatch up the ebay if that's ok. Don't want to try and snipe anything out of their post asking for it though.
I'm thinking I will recondition it with that POR-15 rust inhibitor product, which will make it look a lot nicer. After that, I will post it on eBay and let this thread group know it is out there. Then, first come, first serve. Given it's been 5 days since I posted this battery hold down here, it doesn't look like the interest is all that high in how it looks at present.
OK, this item is now posted on ebay, in case anyone is interested in it yet. It has been wire brushed and coated with POR-15 - looks like new. Structurally solid. Included hold-down rod & nut.

Item is now sold.
Just wanted to let you know I got that installed and worked great. I was evidently missing the embedded nut on the front mount of the fusebox and had to do a little bending on the bracket mount, but things are nice and secure now. Thanks a lot :)
Just got back from a long trip. Glad to hear it worked out for you. Sorry it wasn't exactly plug n' play, but happy to hear that it is functional and it should last a long time.
