Hi. I need info from someone who knows about cars. I have a 2000 Celica GT automatic. I was looking into getting a new intake for my car but because of it being a gt automatic, my choices were very limited. I was really just looking for a good low sound for my car. Would just installing a good quality muffler give me that or would i need a new intake?? if you know, please email me at [email protected]!!!!

You wouldn't need an intake for a nice sounding muffler..You would just need the intake for more horse..

Yeah, a new exhaust/muffler will give you the sound you want and a bit of extra hp... an intake will give you no sound (untill you press the gas enough to make it suck air, then it just sounds like a vaccuum cleaner, I know
), just some power.
