I just noticed that Toyota is running the celebrity races again this year.  They have been doing this for a long time.  I remember this from going to the races in the 70's.  Shows my age.  Anyways, always good entertainment.

thats where jesse james got the celica he chopped up for monster garage from. he raced it a couple years ago.

yeah i saw thw race once its pretty cool...they close up the streets and after the race is over you can still see the tire marks on the street
