My new to me 1999 Celica GT instrument panel does not seem very bright during the day. Is this normal? I have a 2001 Lexus LX 470 that has cluster lights that can be set bright enough to be seen easily during the day and I was expecting that to be the case on the Celica. I have turned the dimmer all the way in both directions and it doesn't seem to have a daytime setting.
