If your tank is still mostly together...i.e. small pin holes, etc. There is a place called gastankrenu.com. They have locations all over the US but you might have to purge and ship your tank. They restore and coat both the inside and outside and repair leaks with patch panels. It is not a cheap process but it's durable and can be the only solution for restoring old cars. I used them for a 60 chevy wagon fuel tank. They make new tanks for sedans but not for wagons. 18 years later, tank is still rock solid and looks good. I got sort of a rubberized black outside coating.
