I bought a 1992 Toyota Celica GT about 3 days ago from a person I know, it has 216000 miles on it and today I descided to charge the AC system, while the ac system was running the voltage was close to 11.2V coming ouyt of the alternator, so I know that the alternator is dead, about a mile down the road when I was about to turn off the AC and the blower motor, I hear a kind of snap sound and everything just stopped working, the windows, blower motor, radiator fan, tachometer, and temp gauge is what I observed just go out. can you all help me find out what just happened? and can I do it myself, or should I send it into a shop to fix, thanks!
