Hey everyone! Glad to apart of this community now!

I just bought an 86 celica gt in a sorta beat up condition. None of the exterior door handles open and I was wondering if the 86/87 corolla exterior handles would fit as a replacement? If not any suggestions??

I just bought an 86 celica gt in a sorta beat up condition. None of the exterior door handles open and I was wondering if the 86/87 corolla exterior handles would fit as a replacement? If not any suggestions??

I would remove the door card (panel) first and try and diagnose the issue. If it's not something fixable let me know. There is a set at my local pick a part, I could try and grab em next time I go.

Alright sure thing, the passenger side there isn't even a door handle but I'll see what's up with the driver side
