2000 Celica instrucment panel not working. I changed the 7.5 amp fuse, they started working. The I turned off the car, next time I went to drive it, the panel was dead again. I just pulled the fuse out, it was still good, so I put it back in and it worked. But every time I turn the car off and let it sit thre panel is dead, I have to pull the fuse and rpelace it and then it works fine. Is there some rhestat or relay that might be bad too?

Unplug your battery for a few minutes and plug it back in. It will reset the ecu. That may or may not be the fix but its worth a shot.

I have the same issue. Dashboard often dead when I start up the car. If I pull out the fuse and put it back in, the dash works fine. Did you ever find the cause?
