Has anybody here aligned there boot. I got it back from the shop and one side of the boot lid was about 2 cm higher than the other side.

Did you ever figure that out? mine is bent slightly upward on the right side. I admit I did it 
Put on a new gas hinge and it was too stiff so I forced it and bent the boot. (What we on the other side of the pond call the trunk lid). Hardly notice it but it's one of those things that YOU know is wrong even though no one else can see it. If you figure out a way to adjust it please post. I'm thinking I'll have to use a jack to force bend it back down some how.
