Hi there!

There has been an issue dreading my celica for the past months, but i've yet to understand what is the problem.

Issue happens mostly when the engine has warmed up a bit. Usually when left at idle, giving it a little gas the RPM's will suddenly drop and just choke out the car.

I've managed to swap a new distributor cap, Spark wires and the head gasket yet to no avail. So if its not anything to do with oil pressure, air or electricity then it should be the fuel...

CAR: TOYOTA CELICA GT-I (ST182) 3S-GE 156HP

I hope that someone might've come across this issue and knows whats at fault.

PS. i can send a video privately, incase that might help

Upon further internet searching i've come to some "theories" what might be the probblem.

1. Bad Fuel pump and/or filtre

2. 3S-GE MK1 faulty VSV or EGR Valve

3. Throttle body clogged
