I've seen 8250 rpms referenced as the 7th gen Celica's redline several places, but every picuture/for sale Celica I find is around 7k, is the 8250 either not available in the US or is it some rare trim?

The 00-01 (not sure about 02) GT-S rev that high maybe all the ones you've seen are GT models? My reflashed Corolla XRS revs to 9100 hehehe

Actually after further research I believe all years Rev that high expect 02 so your choices are 00-01 Cable Throttle or 03-05 Drive By Wire
