Probably got air in the clutch line so the clutch is not engaged completely.

1992 engine problems
Hey everybody, i’m new to this page.
I have just purchased a 1992 Toyota Celica GT
And I’m having some problems, I purchased the car as a project car. I knew it was going to be a fixer-upper. When I start the car it makes this loud “whining noise” and it progressively gets louder as a change gears or engage the clutch. Today I did some serious work on it and learned that I have a few problems, One of my power steering hoses is leaking, and most of the cars fluids reservoirs were empty. I took the liberty of refilling them including the clutch, which I flushed with new fluid and filled up the reservoir. But now when I start the car and engage the clutch it stalls
any ideas on what’s wrong??
