Default 2001 Celica Sunroof/Moonroof that doesn't rust?

So, I have a 2001 Celica GTS that has a rusty sunroof (or moonroof), and I noticed all OEM sunroofs have rust issues, so I'm on this forum to see if there are any aftermarket sunroofs that don't have rust issues.

I don't believe so. I've called around to a lot of places before to see how much they'd do it for, and in all quotes they used a stock sunroof from a salvaged donor car (they wanted $800 btw ). Your best bet is to use a power wire brush to remove the rust, then fill with bondo, sand even with the metal, and paint with the rest of the metal after priming metal with 240 grit sanding and cleaning with alcohol.
