Default Coolant keeps turning brown after flush

One day I noticed my coolant was low and was brown...never seen this before.
Took it to pepboys for a coolant flush.
Now a week later, the coolant is low and looks like it's starting to turn brown again,
What's causing the coolant to turn brown?
Also had a new radiator put in 2 years ago.

My guess is a blown head gasket. Same thing happened to my 87 supra turbo.

if it's just brown that means you most likely have rust in the system (very common). If it's foamy then you have oil in the coolant and most likely need a head gasket. Check the oil. If that too looks funky, then most likely the head gasket. Hopefully it's not a crack in the head or block.
