Default Weird OBD codes

I am looking at a 2000 toyota celica gts. The check engine light is out, and when the codes I got from the OBD2 reader are
B1300
P00AF
P1693

I can't find the first two codes at all. Can someone tell me what they mean, possible fixes, and if these are normal or not? The seller says its a stock ecu, and there aren't any other modifications (not even an intake), but I can't find the B1300 code anywhere.
Thanks!

B1300 is a Power Door Lock Circuit Failure. Do the power locks work correctly? If so it may have been fixed already and the code just hasn't cleared. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes to clear codes and see if it pops back on. If it does there is an issue with the power lock system. Could be something as simple as an actuator to something difficult like a short in the system.

Are you sure about the P00AF? That is a code for Boost issues on Turboed cars.

p1693 is an issue with the oil control valve located on the cam cover.

I honk at other Celicas on the road.
