Default Headlight off delay?

You know how when you turn off your headlights there is a delay before they actually go back down, anyone figure there is a way to remove the delay to make them instantly go down again when you switch the lights off?

Edit: perhaps a timer module or something in the headlight control box?

Hmm, would have to dig though the FSM to confirm. . .

- the delay might be mechanically related.
First, it takes two clicks on the column. (That final position allows for headlights to be locked up so they aren't frozen shut).
Second, relays need to be set to reverse power flow through the motors.
Third, high torque motor may take a bit to create enough magnetic energy to move.

Add 3 little bits, it adds up to 1 big bit.
