My cousin has the same car as yours he bought a advanti racing wheels from 4wheelonline bundled with Pirelli tires size 205/45 R17. He said that comfort is good but 215 would suite better.

is it a 7x17 or 7.5x17 rim size?
the first one is the width of the rim... in inches... and the width of the tire measured in cm... go figure...
i believe i have 7x15 so i have 195/65r15... just convert 7 inches into cm and you get the right width of your desired tire for that rim.... booya!

Stock tires - GT: 205/55VR15 - Diameter = 23.88" - Width = 8.07"
GTS: 205/50VR16 - Diameter = 24.07" - Width = 8.07"
So basically a 24" diameter tire

A 215/45R17 tire measures 24.6" Diameter - Width = 8.46". So you would get the same basic speedo reading as stock and a slightly wider tread. If that is what you are looking for.

Hope this helps

Actually, your 195/65r15 tire is right on the border of being to small for your wheel. (7.7" wide) If you are not going to carve mountain roads, you may be all right. But, by being narrower than recommended, you are not setting the bead properly on the rim. Heavy sidewall flex/stress could cause the bead to break loose.
