I am new and have never posted on here. Looks like that post was like 5 years ago and I don't see any answers? I would like to know the answer to that question as well. Am I missing where any replies were?

Hi, I know this took some research for me as well. I have a 2004 Celica gt and I choose Enkei EV5's at 17" x 7". They are a performance rim and when I asked tire rack how much they weigh they said in the box they were 21 lb aprox, which is much lighter than a steel wheel. I coupled these with Yokohama Advan sport a/s tires at 215/45R17. I didn't want to go bigger than a 17 because I didn't want to slow it down. They grip great and I love slinging it through turns more than ever. I went with the 215 to give the tire a more square profile and it also give a little protection from hitting a curb should that ever happen . Hope this helped
