Default Regarding the Circuit Board, please help!

Hi guys, Ive had my Celica for 3 years now and I recently found this awesome site.
anyway, so I was try to change my AC backlight last night, but then when I put back the black frame back I accidentally broke the circuit board, I know the only way to fix it is to buy a new one at a Toyota dealership which will cost me bloody high.

My questions are:
Can I just install an accessory neon lights off from Autozone/Pepboys then just connect it somewhere so it can provide the lights at night? (connecting it to a wire that automatically turns on at night, like AC, Lighter lights)
Please help me, Ive been searching and thinkin of what to do,
the only thing I can think of is the separate accessory neon light, but hopefully theres a way to connect it to a wire that turns on automatically at night, I hope u guys get my question. please please, help me. thank you and more power Celicahobby!

Can you find a used cluster? You can wire in aftermarket lights. If you want to go that route let me know when your ready to wire it in and I'll find you a convenient wire to tap into so it will come on with your other dash lights and headlights (i.e. at the appropriate time!).
