there should be a diagram on the cap where it is. Look at it and see if there is one suppose to be there or not

There is a diagram of the fuses but nothing about relays, it's a 01 gt, was hoping someone could just look at theirs and let me know...

ok ...I just hobbled down to me celica and looked, there is no relay under that red one. What I would check is the large brown 7.5 amp fuse, its a 3 fuse in one jobby and is like I said HUGE...good luck....Mike

go through your entire fuse box in both the interior and under the hood...double check with a multi meter in case the fuse is popped and you cant see it....Mike

Welli got the car in basket case condition. The windows didnt work. Hella popped fuses wires tapped into and leading all over the place so I've been cleaning it up and reconnecting wires back to their homes and such. The wires under the window/lock switch were bare in some spots so I taped them up and some with the power lock harness in th driver door, taped those up too. But I don't have any power comming through any of the wires in the switch harness. So I went to the fuse block, no power getting to the window fuse, so I thought relay but can't find a window relay... I was able to get the windows up with a battery and some wire, and the power locks work when I lock the drivers door with the key (I don't have the remote to lock doors) so I'm kinda at a stand still :/
