Default Wont start when cold

Hey

I have been having a problem with my 2000 Celica. The car starts perfectly every time when its warm outside. But when winter comes, she becomes very hard to start, but starts eventually after trying for 10 minutes. Once the car is warm, she starts great. Any ideas?

Default Tune up

Yeah I gave it a overall this summer past. It has 5W30 oil in it, new spark plugs, filter, etc. But the car runs fine, during the summer. Would it be a sensor of some sort with it. Been mind-f*cked here the last few days. Not sure on what else to check.
