Does any one know how well the tein s. tech springs are? And do the fit how there suppose to on the 00-05 Celica's? Because I bought cheap eBay ones at first but the front didn't fit how it was suppose to the diameter of the spring was to small so it didn't fit into the shock like the factory/suppose to and I was just wondering if I'd have the same issues with the tein's.

i'm having Tein Super street and it gives my car a really nice feel. If you want somethign cheaper Tein have a cheaper one call Basic Coil over and i believe it has the same concept too. I believe they come in different size so you have to look for the right size for your celica.

Thanks for the input all, I will do some more research in this matter. I see a lot of 1.4 drops, then some 2.5 drops. Ultimately I need an adjustable due to the fact i live in snow country. Other question ?? .. what kind of domino affect will their be in lowering the car? For example .. Lifting my 83 toy p/u included .. bigger tires, lower gears, taller shocks, stronger drive line etc ..
Anyways, 1.4 seems not low enough, and 2.5 might be to low. I need to look at some pics with Tire size & Drop to get a better idea. My thoughts for this adventure (Hobby) / (project) is a functional everyday driver with a Back Road Canyon, Road course, Auto Cross type of fun. And I've only got $250.00 to spend <---- ha ha just kidding. |
