Dash kits - Toyota Celicas

I'm very confused. Does anyone make a dash kit that is an actual dash and not just vinyl or a plate that goes over the existing stock dash? I painted a bunch of my dash pieces white, but they don;t look as professional as I'd like, and I want to buy a professional kit. But when I look at kits like this: REMIN® - Main Kit - 2003 Toyota Celica Dash Kit
It says they adhere to the stock dash using 3m adhesive. That would require me to sand off all the paint for proper adhesion, and it doesn't cover all the same areas, so I don't think it would look that good. Does anyone know where to get the complete kit? Any help would be great, thanks.

Best bet is to find a bone yard , depending on where you live they run 160.00 and up, I have one scoped out, its black and the asking price is 250 from a local bone yard.
