Default quick help plz.

Hello Celica-pro's I has a question for you.

I got a magna flow exhaust installed a couple of months ago and it sounds pretty sexy, but not sexy enough, and it just so happened i heard a rattling noise coming from under my car so i bent over like a real man, and checked it out and it was my heat shield, now I'm not to fond of the heat shield.

so is it alright if i just remove it? and will there be any consquences if i do remove it?

Nope....just be a man and reach right under there and yank it off......just funning ya....no it shouldnt hurt any, remove it and the only thing that may happen is that the under body will get a bit warmer in that area depending on how close it is to the under body.

The only worry is if you park on unpaved surfaces were tall grass could be pressed against the exposed pipe.

dang that would really suck. if i was you i wouldnt remove it. try and find why its rattling. and fix it. or stick something between what ever is rattling so that it doesnt rattle any more. that just my opinion tho

well its just a sheet of metal That one side rusted right off and its just hanging there hitting something, I don't care if i have to re-attach it, it wont be a problem, I just heard there's no point in keeping it.
I live in Alberta, so there's not really a lot of grass where you can park unless you go over the curb and mess up your body kits!

I'll just re attached it with a clamp or something.

Use safety wire to tire it up tight

what did was removed it and replaced it with sheet metal also giving support to my bodykit a bit of work but in the end very much worth it.
