electrical problem. help!

hi guys totally new to this so not sure what to expect. but i have got a problem with my gen 7 celica. my celica starts, runs perfect, however there are no dash lights, radio,central locking, windows wont go up which is annoying because the driver side is down and it does not charge the battery either. basically nothing works apart from the air bag light, the headlights, hazards and horn.

i don't know if you can help but im so confused by it all!

Accidentally but the battery in backwards, not paying attention. Not sure if it fried the wiring or is it fuses...any suggest would help. I'm a backyard mechanic, try figure this out.

Check all fuses inside and out side the car, sounds like you need some help from someone who isnt a backward yards mechanic...lol...check the fuses.
