Default Noob with a strange problem

hi guys.. i have a problem with my climate control. Basically the whole unit for the heated rear screen, climate control and cig lighter has no power. everything else in the car works and i have checked all the fuses and relays..
any ideas ??? i dont mind if its hot but as there is no air coming out of the blowers at all my windscreen fogs up (not safe)
any help would be great

If its a 7th gen it has a very strange looking HUGE brown fuse than no one would ever think of looking at,I blew the same fuse a year ago and played **** finding it.good luck

Sorry ...its a 2001 with digital climate control. Big brown fuse? I tried all inside the panel in seat well and all undee the hood.
