How long has it been sitting in the garage and how full/empty was the gas tank?

Hey dog, I assumed this vehicle was brand new. Is this incorrect? Is the check engine light on/flashing?

1. What year is it?
2. What engine code does it have.
If the chk engine light was flashing and one plug was black sounds like that coil might be bad and it's dumping raw fuel into cat causing light to flash.

The oil is probably from a slight leak @ spark plug tube seal. Could be coming from coil (if it broke open). Say you have an engine code P0304 (cylinder #4 misfire). Swap that cylinders coil w/another (say cylinder #3) and see if the problem follows (turns to engine code P0303). If that is the problem may also want to replace the spark plug if it is to severly fouled.
