Default Idle RPMs

I have a 2001 Toyota Celica GT-S and the mileage is around 173500 (just changed oil around 100 miles after seafoaming 1/3 in oil, intake, gas.)

On cold starts, the idle is 2000 rpm. (sometimes its 1700) is that high for a cold start?

Some idle's are random.

When I used to own an Alero (yeah GM Crap), a can of seafoam through the intake helped the car run smoother.)

I know seafoam helps, but is there any other products that are known to work well with the car?

its normal for the car to rev higher" " on startup because it's warming up the engine. i read that from the shop manual, not a guess.

When it's warmed up, the idle should be between 800-1000rpm's

What should the rpm be on a cold start idle?

Thanks. It's around there. I guess there is no problem at all. If there is anything that prolongs the engine of the car for years besides seafoam, let me know. It was known for having black oil a long time ago before the previous owner bought it.
