anyone know any good celica or supra supercharged engines. i liked the idea of a 3sgze, but so much work for the same results, is there an engine that is superharged and will give me as much power, reliability, and customization like a 3sgte would?

To satisfy future curiosity, it is possible.
But not cheap and any 3sz/5sz are high maintenance. You want simple power go for snails not blowers. ![]() Ripp made a very similar kit to this for the 7th gen, it sounded nuts but theyre not worth it. Last edited by KIRIUS; 10-23-2012 at 03:09 AM. |

4agze or go to Rotrex and buy a centrifugal supercharger and make your own brackets and pulleys to mate it into your car.
It is a neat idea, but keep in mind that your torque and acceleration will rise, but your top speed and boost possibilities will hit an abrupt wall at a certain rpm. Also read into and do the math on how quickly you will approach the max safe rpm that the blower can turn at.
