It could be the windshield seal, a/c drain or rear windshield seal.

2001 celica gt-s, I have been having a similar problem with water getting into my car. it is only getting in on the passenger side in the back seat, which is making whoevers bottom wet. the one thing that hasnt been mentioned by anyone yet is that when i get my car washed, it drips, sometimes pours out of the little clothes hanger piece above the rear window. i think it might have something to do with my sun roof, but i havent been able to get the panels off so that i can really look? also, how do you get the back seats out so i can take them inside to dry them. i just dont want to pull on anything too hard if i dont know what i am doing!! or would it be best to just take it to a dealer or shop to look at it..

thanks

Getting a leak on the right side of my trunk, appears to be coming in from the antenna seal, can't confirm though.

the leaks are coming from the seams above the rear windows my friends...I have been tracking them down for some time now...to the extent of removing the entire interior and going through a car wash while setting in the back with a flashlight/torch. the water is entering just above the rear glass between the two seams where roof meats side of car. This a Huge over sight by Toyota and by past owners who have all over looked this issue, Toyota only covers our cars with a 36,000 mile warranty on the body...which is a joke....I just re posted an old thread about this with a possible answer if you folks are willing to go the distance.
I have even had the rear glass replaced just 3 months ago and it still leaks... go to the old post...give the number a call and give them the reference number, thats the only way shy of spending big bucks out of our pockets to get this fixed. Ohhhh btw..... the trunk seal has nothing to do with the water getting under the rear seats, but the water coming down where I have seen it causes both trunk and rear seat area to get wet....Good Luck...Mike

the lower rear seat pulls up and is secured with two clips...pry it up just a bit and run your hand along the underside...you will feel them, simply put hands on both sides of these and pull straight up and yes they are firmly in there so you will need a bit of force. The backs of the rear seats are bolted in with 10 mm bolts, flip seats down and go to the bottom , flip up the carpet on them and you will see the bolts, simply unbolt them and then push the seat down while pulling it out....no go get them dry !!!!...good luck ...MIke

If it was coming from the antenna area then only the recess directly under the antenna would be getting wet, not the trunk area....I get water running from the window area back to the trunk area too...have replaced the trunk seal at the very beginning (cost...60.00 dollars) thinking it was that till it kept getting wet and I finally applied myself and looked...good luck..Mike

the only thing thats gonna do is cause the water to look for a new route and get into areas you cant seal against rust or see and will eventually form a pool in the recess below your rear windows and speakers or channel it all back to the trunk...problem not fixed just Gerry-rigged...sorry....Mike

[QUOTE=Dancer;313289].Also I constantly have condensation in the front headlamps.

a quick and permanent fix for this is that you need to lay a bead of sealer around the entire seal on headlights and drill very tiny holes at the lowest point in your head lights on the black rear part of them...not on the lenses...mine leaked to the point that I had standing water in them, since I have done this, not a drop, even with going through car washes ( I use the bays and dont go through the automatic ones so I even spray well up into the wheel wells)....nothing...good luck...Mike
