Default 97st 100k maintenance

bought my limited edition st with 60k miles on it 3 years ago, and now im at 103k miles on it. got a few questions. i just drained and filled my tranny fluid and filter. i changed the fuel filter about 15k miles ago. done the oil every 3-5k miles on synthetic. timing belt is done 10k ago. what kind of preventive maintenance should i do to keep it in pristine condition? im about to do a coolant flush and put some royal purple ICE in the new anti-freeze as well as replace the radiator hoses.

-should i flush the powersteering?
-brake fluid?

i also have a question on the spark plugs, i put NGK-9 iridium plugs in. would i get better mpg on platinum plugs? or stick with iridium?

im about to go from 205/55/15 to 205/50/16.

any advice would be appreciated! thanks

yea thats sounds good. get all those fluids out. maybe some new wires if you need them and check out all the suspension stuff. From what you've done so far it will last a long time.
