I would like to replace the radio and the speakers in my 97 convertable. Any idea what size the speakers are and is there a guide to making these changes? Thanks for all your help.

i believe its a 6.5 in rear 4 in front. join 6gc.net. its a 6th gen forum and has lots more info.

Thanks for the info. It is alot easier working on cars now a days than when I was a kid. Back then you just started taking things apart and hoped to god you remembered how to put it back together.

if u have the optional 3way sound system with 3 speakers the door is an 8" sub, and the rear is a 6.5"
