HELP shape my project

hello,
i'v been working on my st182 for 2 years now (it's hard to get parts to my car in my country plus it's hard to get parts into the country).
the car is legal with all the certifications needed and i'd like to keep it that way.
i will list all the mods that have been installed and all the mods i'd like to add in the future, PLEASE feel free to add your thoughts and notes.

mods installed:
1. new paint job with two color tones.
2. new rear bumper (custom made from a mazda 6 rear bumper).
3. dual pipe/outlet rear exhaust (local company).
4. engine swapped from a st205 (3SGTE), all components are working like in stock.
5. gauges switched to white background, needles painted red.
6. exhaust pipe enlarged to 3 inch.
7. Knoi front shocks (sport yellow series).
8. 2 inch lowering springs (looking good and reduced body roll, but switched back to stock springs because the roads here are not quality builded.
9. two digital heat sensors with display was installed (engine coolant and turbo).
10. start engine button in gear nob.
11. fog lights.

future mods:
1. new front seats.
2. new rims, thinking about 16 inch but need certification for that.
3. new rear shocks.
4. a custom made hood scope.
5. three pods for oil pressure, boost and vacuum.
6. a new tranny combined from the SW20 and the AWD st205 tranny.
7. new combined axles from the SW20 and st205 axles.
8. new engine parts pistons, cams, pulleys, valves, fuel injectors etc...
9. turbo overhaul with new parts.
10. laptop under the seat with a touch screen instead of cup holder with auto recharge switch.

this is the list for now, it's been changing from time to time...
i want your help in shaping the list.

And why do you need a certification for big rims??

my country requires you to get approval for any changes made to a vehicle that doesn't appear in the MOT form...
