Default Question about engine swap on my 5th Generation

would a toyota celica GT-R 2.2 liter engine fit in my 90 Celica St cause i have 1.6 liter engine and i wanted to kno wat all im going to have to change in my engine department PLZZZZZ HELP

you'd be better off buying a gt or gt-s wit hthe 2.2l in it already and use that as a car. it would just be cheaper. to do this swap you'll need everything new plus you have to modify the motor mounts to fit the 5sfe. new trans,mounts ecu, wiring, etc. for the gains you get its not worth the work when you could just buy at gt
you have the 4afe engine. best swap for that would be a 4age silver or black top or 4agze although that still is little a difficult swap. you can use stock trans and mounts in your st with that swap.
