Default Spare tire jack wont come out..

Is there like a special way to take this thing out, i cant get it out... it seems like its stuck in there and i have tried all ways to push/pull/slide it out... is there a hidden button or something??

is yours on the side of the car? there may be a screw holding it in or its been in so long its just stuck to the metal around it.

yup its on the passenger side rear quarter panel, very close to the tail light.. im gonna take a look at it tomorrow, there is a peice of the cars metal wrapped around it..

the jack sometimes will wiggle itself tight. try grabbing the control hook and make sure that the jack is fully collapsed.
