Default Foam and stuff flying out of defroster vents

Had this problem a while back, thought car was just getting old. I would see some black foam stuff flying out of defroster vent and dust also, it stopped happening after a while... But then today as i was cleaning the inside of the window i noticed droplet spots all over the front windshield close by the defroster vent so i know its blowing some type of liquid onto the windows...

Is this a common problem for these cars? does anyone know what is going on with my defroster air vents? is there a way to clean it out or something?

My car has no air conditioner but it does have a air compressor for the defroster right? maybe the AC compressor is dirty inside? i dont know whats wrong but i want to fix it, i dont want to be breathing in whatever the heck i am breathing in who knows if its toxic...

There is an electric motor in the dash that blows the air, that is not an a/c compressor, it is a blower motor.
If you car has no a/c mechanisms then it plays no role in this situation

Thanks man good to know, learn something new everyday...

Is there anyway to access this blower motor? i want to clean it out..

Also this means i can use the defroster all i want without wasting gas? I know some other cars waste gas with the defroster on at all times... I live in vancouver so its raining all the time and the defroster is a must use item at all times pretty much

Sometimes the defroster cycles the compressor on while the setting is on.
That is why it uses more gas, but it should be an unnoticeable difference unless you drive a car with a very small engine.
