Default camber kit and lowering springs installation

ok im a lower 1.75'' according to the specs of the springs so when i take of the old springs do i have to mark them to know how top of the strut should be aligned because i remember when my mechanic changed them a while back he marked it because he said that they will not go on right if its not aligned. can i just simply just put em in right by swaping the springs out without worrying about it?...also i only got a camber kit for the rear will i need one for the front as well? also how do i install them they look like just a bolt and a washer or two their eibach camber kit...also i wont be disconnecting brake lines once so ever right?

you will have to disconnect brake lines to install the springs because they are attached to the strut. yea you should mark the top mount to the rear so you can align it back. for the camber bolts you will need to have an alignment shop do that to get it right. i recommend leaving them out until you do an alignment

yea. if it were wrong the top would bolt in and the bottom strut would be all wrong and won't bolt up. yes you will definitely need to bleed the brakes. and yea one camber bolt for each side.

ok these are new the camber kit i got so theres just two in the box (just opened one to see it better lol). the guy i got them from said they were for the rear or can they go in the front too. also to put these it isnt necessary to bleed brakes again right only bleed them when i swap the springs... now i heard the front might not need the camber kit is that possible or will i know if they need the camber kit after i take it to get align?

Its much easier if you just clip the bracket thats holding the break lines in and bend it out and then just bend it back in

The front will not need camber kits, and in actually the rear wont either.

I dont know how low your car will be in comparison to mine. My car is quite low, I tried getting an alignment last week and tech said he couldn't do it so that there would be no rub. so not using my common sense I rolled my fenders more and made it work. Next was getting the camber bolts for the alignment but I was talking to a friend that works at a local tuning shop (stock customs automotive) and he recommended I go to a certain guy for my alignment. I went to this guy for a second opinion, on my cars ride hit and camber kit.

I told him I need an alignment but it might not work, due to no camber kit. Dude took 40min with my car and now its all in spec. The rear of my car is currently running -1.4 camber and the factory limit is -2.0 so im well with in spec. Based on this I believe you will not need the camber kits you bought.

He did say it was a bit tricky for the rear and that he was very experience working with hellaflush style cars and rallyX cars. Anyways I think you might not need them.

This is how you install the cam bolts.

Yup, I cut the old brackets and made a new mounting system when I had my old egays. This is a good idea, just be careful not to catch your brake line.
