i changed so if the 30a fuse dont make it work.. i should check the relay/switch afterwards? **** well i will just have to wait till i get a fogged up window lol

so i finally got a cold night. and a fogged up window.. still no luck. did not wrok. whats the next thing to check the relay?

Sure. Put your thumb and first finger on the relay (like you're pinching it) and have someone else push the button to turn the defog on. You should feel the relay 'click' if it's functioning properly.
