Unhappy not a good noice

ok so heres the issue with my car it seems that when the car is rolling it makes noice. it squeaks like if it was the brakes when cars use their brakes.
1. i noticed the noice goes away when i hit the brakes
2. doesnt make it while accelerating
3. sound isnt constant it comes and goes
4. it makes it when it roles cuz ive put it on neutral lol
5. sound comes from the front on the passenger side

so thats what ive concluded over a period of a couple months jajaja so if anything just ask if i wasnt specific by the way its a 90 st184 liftback

You probably need new pads and the rotor resurfaced.

if it's only coming from one side, sounds like a sticking caliper to me. take your caliper off it's mounting bracket and see if the piston compresses. also lube the slides up and make sure those aren't frozen. I've seen more than one occasion where the boots rip and the slides rust up. Also while you're in there check all the shims and make sure they aren't dragging on the rotor. Good luck!

ok then yeah i want to do it my self but ive never done it b4. that is removing the caliper and brakes ect. if not then ill take it with my uncle. are there any potential harm that it can cause. if so is any of that critical because this issue has been going one since like july when i started noticing the noise. i saw a few kinda deep scratches on the rotor as well when i was checking it. they arent deep just minor and small too also short. they dont form a circle either the longest lines i saw maybe an inch or so.
