celica las vegas mechanics?(or changing a starter)(starter fuse)

a mechanic came out for free and diagonosed my car that because its not cranking it may be the starter. well i can go get the part and i have the book to my car but im not really car smart but i can follow directions is it easy? im just worried its not the starter =[ ugh

By the way were is the starter relay i have a diagram but i cannnot find it?

if anyone can help me please id apprieciate it i really need my car ='[
