headlight problems - Toyota Celicas

hey guys could anyone help me out with my head lights, i cant seem to get them to open, i have to do it manual, ive checked the fuses and relays and cant seen to figure it out. i may have to buy new motors but thort id ask yous first

check your wiring and check your control unit.
