Default celica 91 ST 1.6L. stock lights to projector lights

hey I wanted to know what the steps are to change my stock lights(seamed lights) into projector ones?
I measured my stocks and it looks like the measurements are W=8.5 and L=6.2
can anyone provide feedback or has gone through this process?
. I think im suppose to buy projector lights which comes with the housing and then I can buy the HID light which are basically light bulbs that come with their balistic set.

if you want the projector lens i would go with the hids instead of the h4 bulbs since you're going through the trouble of replacing it. You can buy the entire hid kit with the projector lens on ebay for $80. Works pretty good.

Yeah HORRIBLE light output at least with halogen bulbs, I hit the highway and was actually pretty nervous. I'm going to sell them locally and pick up a pair of non projector. I can imagine the light scatter with a HID kit in it lol!

They do scatter the light but its now supper bad. When I got my H.I.D aimed my lights way down, doesn't seem to bother anyone. I have ridden in a car with mine behind it, it was bright but not to the point of being dangerous. Plus since my car is lowered and the lights are aimed down, I think im good.
